artist statement

My continuous shift - from a remote village to town and then many metros - in a way widened my creative space, bringing me in touch with different people and ideas. It made me aware of various issues of life and many faces of human struggles. I got to know more about the urban environment, ecological issues, and after all about the sense of identity. I realise that we have to return to the soil that we came from. It's a cycle of birth and rebirth.
